Establishing a leadership role for MCAN member institutions in the use of advanced communications technologies to facilitate growth and progress in areas such as academics, research, public service, health care, emergency preparedness, and economic development
Providing reliable, cost effective access to the state of the art communication technologies and services required by Member institutions
Developing collaboration among MCAN member institutions and with state, regional, national, and international research and education technology initiatives
